  ZERO STARS. Charlotte Kelly is the most unprofessional person I've ever met and her bad behavior may leave a very negative impression of any business or person she insures. One of those businesses damaged my property. Promised calls not returned, confirmation of receipt not given, going on 2 wks and no info on the insured's provider, policy #, claim # etc. I didn't have to wait this long after major hurricanes. When demanded action, Kelly tried to intimidate me out of filing a complaint w/ NC Dept of Insurance (ANYONE can file complaint against their own agent, company, etc--do it if you ever get a bunch or harassment) or posting online reviews. Easier me to take the business to court than to deal with this unprofessional and seemingly incompetent woman. The thing that makes me maddest is that she's representing a Hispanic business. A lot of people think all Hispanic businesses are suspect, that their 'insurance' is their sister and no one can get any kind of settlement. (Someone actually said that to me.) Well, here's one such business and his insurance agent hasn't even provided the name of his insurance company or policy number--jsut helping to fuel those awful stereotypes. It's really unconscionable. (Then she tried to shift the blame to me--classic abuse tactic.) Is that the kind of person you want representing YOU and YOUR business? What if my your was totalled, my house burnt down--do you want to be waiting 2 wks without any action, not a word--other than unbelievably-rude unprofessional emails???
