  The office building and facilities are very nice, new, and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is no sign-in sheet when you get there, like some doctors' offices have to sign in, note your appt time, and then have a seat. You have to stand in line to check in, which can take quite a while and be very tiring if you're older or don't feel well, plus it makes you late for the appointment if the line for all 8 doctors takes a long time -- and then you lose you place and have to wait a couple hours until everyone else is seen. Dr. Ng has been abrupt with me and disinterested in my care from my first visit a couple months ago or so after I was seen in emergency next door. I think she is too busy with too many patients to add a new one. She does not make the effort to understand my concerns, and doesn't seem very well informed in the areas where I need care. I do not recommend her for older patients.
