  I called the Knightdale office on Friday to schedule the a first available appointment. The receptionist told me 9:00 am. on Monday with Dr. Hopkins. I showed up to my appointment at Knightdale office about 15 minutes prior, and the office was closed. Called the appointment number and spoke with the receptionist told her what was going on. She said that i went to the wrong office. That it was my fault because the Knightdale office isn't open at the time of my appointment. The lack of professionalism here is absurd. Being told i have a 15 minute grace period before i've "missed" my appointment and that i can try to rush from Knightdale to Falls of the Neuse in 15 minutes on a Monday morning. I requested to speak to the office manager, she replied she is not available at the moment. I said well may i speak to whomever is in charge of the office at the time. She replied nobody is but i can have someone call you back. I was told i can basically reschedule or go elsewhere after i wasted a morning off work to deal with this. If you are reading this take the advice and go somewhere else that treats patients with respect. This place certainly does not.

  I’ve been going to Dr. Hopkins for years at the Falls of Neuse location and he’s terrific. He never makes you feel like he’s in a hurry and answers all my questions. The office staff is friendly. The challenge with the Knightdale location is that it’s less busy so sometimes they close the office early but they’ll work with you on an appointment around that dynamic. The Falls location is very busy and you can change doctors anytime you want, at least that was always the policy I was told and I switched to Dr. Hopkins at my request.
